Hospice care responds to the special needs of the terminally ill patient. Hospice is a coordinated program of palliative and supportive care (physical, psychological, social, and spiritual) for dying persons and their families.

Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers.
Who to Call
Referrals to our Hospice Program may come from a doctor, an assisting agency, a caregiving friend, or a family member of the patient themselves. To reach our hospice coordinator, call 961-4617. Our hospice coordinator will make a home visit to initiate service.
