Sasha Graham, F.N.P.

Practitioners (4 of 7) copy 3Earned her Masters degree in Nursing at Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, CA. Graham has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001, and sees a wide variety of patients including family medicine, pediatrics, adolescent and women’s health.

Sharon Hunter, F.N.P.

NursePractitioners (2 of 3) copy 3Hunter earned her Masters degree in Nursing at Sonoma State University in CA. She has more than 15 years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and more than 30 years experience as a nurse. Hunter has a loyal patient following and sees patients of all ages and medical conditions.

Deborah Miller, F.N.P.

Deborah MillerMiller became a Nurse Practitioner in 1989, graduating from the University of California at Davis. In addition to family practice, Deb has special training and experience in the areas of pediatrics, geriatrics and psychiatric medicine. Deb joined NCFHC in October 2011 as a temporary provider, and quickly fell in love with the area and accepted a permanent position in the clinic.

Pamela Miller, F.N.P., C.D.E.

Pamela Miller, F.N.P., C.D.E.Miller, a Certified Diabetes Educator, works at the North Coast Family Health Center assessing and treating diabetes and pre-diabetes, as well as counseling for those at risk for diabetes.  She has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, and a Nurse Practitioner for six years. Pam will work in partnership with our Endocrinologist, Dr. David Newell, M.D. to provide diabetes consultations, medication management, insulin pump training and maintenance, glucose meter downloading and monitoring, and much more.  Pam also works closely with the hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Lynn Unroe, to facilitate education on the relationship between food and diabetes. Daniel “Skip” Pope, F.N.P.

Daniel "Skip" Pope, F.N.P.Pope earned his Masters degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Nevada, Reno, in May 2011. Pope’s prior years of nursing experience include Intensive Care and Emergency Department, Pre- and Post-Operative Care, and Cardiac Intensive Care. Pope joined NCFHC in August 2011.

Michele Tellier, F.N.P.

michele-tellier-02Michele has lived and cared for local patients in our community for the past 37 years. She has been a charge nurse at Mendocino Coast District Hospital, a health practitioner at MSSP (Multi-Purpose Senior Service Program), and a nurse practitioner for 19 years at Mendocino Coast Clinics. She brings a strong background in primary care, with extensive experience in women’s health, and she has a passion for caring for the underserved. She joined NCFHC in April 2014.

Kei Velazquez, C.N.M., N.P., M.S.N., R.N.

Kei VelazquezVelazquez, who earned her R.N. certification and Masters of Nursing and Nurse Midwife/Nursing Midwifery degrees from University of California at San Francisco, provides women’s healthcare services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at NCFHC. Velazquez, who grew up on the Mendocino Coast, brings nearly 15 years experience to her practice. Following earning her Masters degrees, she worked briefly at a small birthing clinic near the Mexico/Texas border before returning to the Mendocino coast where she first worked at MCDH. Velazquez is “happy to be back at MCDH [at NCFHC]” and will provide local women high-quality, compassionate care. She is fluent in Spanish.
