Mendocino Coast District Hospital Video Shows How To Prepare Them
FORT BRAGG, Calif. — March 2, 2012 — March is National Nutrition Month®, and Mendocino Coast District Hospital is celebrating with a video featuring nutritious eating tips from MCDH Registered Dietitian Lynn Unroe and a healthy food cooking demonstration by Chef Julia Conway, proprietor of Assaggiare Mendocino.

National Nutrition Month® is a nutrition education and information campaign sponsored annually by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
